2. Seb had a real estate marketing company in Vancouver, helping realtors sell more listings with top notch photos & videos

3. I (Jaz) was a commercial & editorial photographer in Toronto with a decade of experience helping brands & business owners and I absolutely loved doing it

5. Seb flew to Toronto to visit me, we did lots of longboarding

7. After a quick trip back to Canada to grab our things, we moved to Puerto Vallarta and started a real estate marketing company, focusing on photo and video production for local realtors and hotels

13. We still work on select projects locally, and sometimes even get to travel to create content for brands like Uber, Intel, and Dropbox as well as consulting for a local real estate firm. But as digital nomads at heart, our main focus is growing our online business so we can have location freedom AND to help more people, on a BIGGER scale.

Buyer’s journey refers to the process that a potential customer goes through before making a purchase. To explain it in a simpler way, imagine it as a journey with several stages:

👀 Awareness Stage: when the potential customer realizes they have a problem or need. It’s like suddenly noticing that your shoes are worn out and you need a new pair.

🤔 Nurture or Consideration Stage: the customer starts looking for solutions. They’re doing research, comparing options, and figuring out what might work best for them. It’s like searching for the types of shoes available, reading reviews, and comparing prices.

🤝 Conversion or Decision Stage: where the customer makes a decision and completes a purchase. It’s similar to finally deciding on a pair of shoes and buying them.

Throughout this journey, we try to provide helpful information and positive experiences to guide the customer towards choosing their product or service.

Think of it as a helpful salesperson who assists you throughout your shopping journey, giving you the information you need at each step until you make a purchase.
